OSB Powerstroke^® Freestyle Technique / Triathlon Swim Clinics

Most of our Powerstroke^® clinics are held at the Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) in Cary, North Carolina. The Triangle Aquatic Center is located at 275 Convention Drive, Cary, NC 27511. Just off of I-40 in the Cary Town Center shopping area.

  Lecture: What is Powerstroke^®
• 12:00-1:30
  Powerstroke^® Swim Practice, drills, and demonstrations
• 1:30-2:30
  Individual swimmer filming
• 2:30-4:30
  Video reviews & Lectures: Effective Swimming Strategies, and Periodization of Triathlon Training
• 2:30-4:30
  Lunch (during lecture)
• 4:30-5:00
  Running drills and brief individual form analysis
• 5:15
  clinic ends

Our private clinic policy:

We are available to run a one-day or weekend clinic (including filming as above) in your town within the continental US (48 states) with a minimum of 8 attendees + complimentary lodging. Clinic costs such as pool rental and lunch come out of the enrollment fees (one day fee = $139.99. Two day fee = $199). If the facility rental fees are extraordinarily high, we will need to negotiate.

If you would like to handle & pay for all the logistics regarding the clinic (max 20 enrollment), then we offer a flat fee structure:

• 1 day up to 10 athletes - flat fee of $500 + travel & lodging for Coach Marty
• 1 day over 10 athletes - flat fee $700 + travel & lodging for both Coach Marty and Coach Bri
• 2 day up to 10 athletes - flat fee $750 + travel & lodging for Coach Marty
• 2 day over 10 athletes - flat fee $1000 + travel & lodging for both Coach Marty and Coach Bri

One day clinic cost is $139.99 and includes:
- the Powerstroke^® DVD
- a CD of presentations
- an individual swim analysis (recorded)
- a DVD of all attendees' swim analysis
- a Powerstroke^® swim cap
- Lunch

$89 for current OSB athletes or repeat clinic attendees.

$199 for 2-day clinics
